• Generally, trucking companies do not make residential deliveries. Residential deliveries are an added expense to you of approx. $65.00.
• Lift gate service is an added expense to you of approx. $85.00.
• If the trucking company is requested to provide pre-delivery notification, they usually charge approx. $25.00 to call you.
• The truck driver usually will not take the product from the truck.
• The products trucked on a pallet by Fast Master Products, Inc. require a forklift with long forks for removal.

     Standard shipment are sent via truck. Some west coast locations have an option for a "Deferred" shipment. This is from six to seven days at a rate reduction of around $100.00. The deferred shipment would go out via rail instead of truck.

    You may request the product be shipped to the freight terminal for pick-up. If you do not pick the shipment up within a couple of days, the freight company may charge a storage fee. Usually, you can remove the product from the pallet and the freight company will dispose of the packaging materials.

     In regards to the Cruiserlift system, it is best to have the system shipped directly to the installer. This way, the product is already on site ready for installation.

    The Swivelwheel system is shipped with some assembly required. Freight charges are reduced by compacting the shipping package.

    The Cruiser Ramp system is shipped fully assembled except for the locking wheel chock. It is ready for install into the pick-up bed.

    The Tandem Tow Dolly is shipped on a 6' x 10' enclosed crate. Assembly is required. This product requires atleast 6' long forks on the forklift.

    All Motorcycle Locking Wheel Chocks are shipped UPS, and can be delivered to a residence.

    Most new parts, or accessories ordered after the product has shipped is sent via UPS.
